We undertake Annual Maintenance Contract service for On-GRID solar systems.
Following are the salient points for AMC
Scope Covered in AMC (SERVICE PROVIDER’s SCOPE):-
- Maintenance of the Solar PV Power System includes
- PV Module cleaning (min 1 service per month, Second service depends on accumulation of dust & its effect),
- Structure painting at rusting areas if required,
- Inverter testing.
- Connection testing.
- Earthing connection
- The cleaning materials like liquid soap, brush / wiper are in the scope of the contactor.
- Safety of the person’s working on heights will be responsibility of Service Provider.
Not Covered in AMC (CUSTOMER’s SCOPE):-
- Breakable or any damage due to natural disasters, sabotage does not cover in AMC.
- Replacement of Solar PV plant material and some consumable items. However the service providing agency may provide such components and the price may be fixed at the time of replacement.
- Shifting of the system or complaint raised without any technical issue will be chargeable.
- Customer will provide water & electricity in the vicinity of solar panel with free of cost.
- The required pump, safe & secure access to panel will be supplied by the Customer.
General Terms & Conditions:-
- Period of Contract: The contract period will be 1 year to 5 year as per the requirement of customer.
- Payment Term: For all AMC, payment will be made as described in agreed quotation.
- Quality of Spares: The equipment parts replaced must be new and equivalent in performance of existing parts.
- Additional Charges: The AMC cost includes the travelling cost within 50 Km from operational office of service provider (Sanpada, New Mumbai) for rendering service throughout the yearly period. Travelling cost will be extra if plant is out of 50 Km from operational office of service provider.
- GST: The AMC cost excludes GST. It will be charged at extra at actual. (18%)
- Working Hours: The maintenance work shall normally be done during working hours of the customer. However, in case of emergency maintenance may have to be done beyond office hours and even on Holidays prior arrangement through proper communication should be worked out in all cases by the Servicing agencies.
- Dispute: Any dispute will be consider under NAVI MUMBAI jurisdiction.
